Business litigation is, at the very least, a significant distraction from running your business and maximizing profits; at its worst, it can threaten the very existence of your company.
We have represented clients in cases involving fraudulent real estate conveyances, breach of contract actions, and collections actions on large volume debentures. We are experienced with the nuances of cross-border litigation and have litigated complex cases involving out-of-state and foreign parties.
